Academic Course on Resilience, Happiness
and Well-being
Dr. Ellen Dreezens, who is a psychologist, has designed an academic course on resilience, happiness and well-being. The course is offered to the students of Liberal Arts and Sciences at UC Tilburg and is based on the academic field of 'Positive Psychology' which has taken flight during the last couple of decades. The field of Positive Psychology focuses on examining how people become more psychologically healthy, instead of looking at psychological problems that can occur.
The course is divided into thematic modules, and below we have included a selection of videos, talks, articles and books used in the course to give further insights into its content.
